Official Draw of WMF World Cup Ras Al Khaimah 2023 promises excitement and intense rivalries

The prestigious event will take place at the stunning Movenpick Resort Al Marjan Island and will be attended by distinguished guests, including representatives from the World Minifootball Federation (WMF), ambassadors of participating countries, officials from the Ras Al Khaimah government, as well as presidents and coaches of WMF-affiliated organizations. 

The ceremony will start with opening speeches by renowned representatives, including a representative from the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), WMF President Filip Juda, and a representative from the Abu Dhabi/Dubai Sports Council. These speeches will set the stage for an exciting event that highlights global unity and passion for minifootball. 

The highlight of the event will be the official draw. The draw will determine the group stage matchups, with 32 national teams divided into 8 groups of 4 teams each. The competition format follows a similar structure to the FIFA World Cup, with a group stage where teams compete against each other within their groups. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage, which includes the round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, and the highly anticipated final. 

Powerhouses such as Brazil, Mexico, and the Czech Republic have already confirmed their participation, adding excitement and competitiveness to the tournament. The draw will unveil intriguing matchups that will captivate fans around the world and set the stage for thrilling encounters throughout the competition.
